FAQ
How long does a session typically last?
A typical family session last anywhere from 40-50 minutes depending on the family. I shoot depending on the children (and husbands haha) . Once the kiddos reach their point of being done then I am done. I don't like to push the kids (or dads) past their limit and leave them with a bad memory of me or a photo session.
How many images do I get?
I never want you to have to choose your favorite images and I never want to restrict the images I edit and place in your gallery. (Note: most clients walk away with 30-50 images typically) .
Do I have to order prints through you?
Placing a print order through me is not required! You may order prints online at any major retailer by downloading your images and uploading them onto the retailers website. (Please be advised Stephany Marie Photography is not responsible for off site printing and color and quality may vary depending on place of printing). I use a local professional printing lab that offers color and quality guarantee. If you would like to order prints through me, please let me know.
How should we dress for our session?
I always recommend neutral or soft colors and prints. Stay away from bright colors and busy patterns, it can take away from you! I have plenty of inspo boards to send, so please reach out if you need any help!
Worried about a meltdown?
Listen, I am a Mama too. I know kids can be wild, shy or just plain cranky. Don't worry, I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve and ZERO judgement. We will get the shot, don't worry!
